While we can be reached via phone or email, Members can also meet with one of our Mortgage Loan Consultants in any of our 10 branch locations. With us as your local lender, we use local service providers that also understand the housing market in which you’re buying; including appraisers, escrow companies and officers, and signing agents that deliver and explain your closing document at a location of your choice and convenience. Your loan receives local priority processing and underwriting that’s right in your neighborhood. We’re also here for our communities. Servicing from Start to FinishWe’re with you all the way. We’ll retain the servicing of your home loan for the life of the loan after it’s originated. There’s no need to worry about your loan servicing being sold to a servicer located out of state that doesn’t know or care about your individual needs.
