2025 Annual Meeting and Elections

Orange County’s Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, at 3:00 pm, at its Headquarters located at 1701 E. St. Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear reports related to the Credit Union’s year-end financial performance and accomplishments. In addition to a retrospective look at the past year’s activity, an election will be held to determine which candidates will serve on the Board of Directors in the coming term.

Elections

Elections for three open Board of Directors seats will take place at the Annual Meeting. Nominations for all three seats have been made by the Nominating Committee. Nominations can also be made by petition. No nominations can be made at the Annual Meeting. Petitions are available at any branch and must be signed by at least 1% of the Credit Union Membership (as of February 28, 2025, this number was 141,179).

In the Credit Union’s care, the Secretary of the Board must receive petitions no later than 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 8, 2025. In case there are more nominees than open seats, an election will be conducted and the three Board candidates receiving the most number of votes will be elected. If there is only one nominee for each open seat, the Board may declare the election of each nominee by acclamation.
